    Rohit Sharma made his one-day international debut on 23 June 2007. He holds the record for the highest individual score of 264 runs against Sri Lanka in One Day Internationals. He is the first player to score three double-hundreds in a one-day international, Suryakumar Yadav being the recent addition to the list. Rohit has also equaled the record of the fastest T20 international century. Feared as the Hitman in world cricket, he is recognized as an all-time classic cricketer in world history. He plays for Mumbai Indians in the IPL.

    Virat Kohli

    Rahul Dravid is a former Indian cricketer born on 11th January 1973 in Madhya Pradesh, India. Rahul Dravid is the only player in one-day international history to be involved in two triple-century stands. Rahul Dravid also holds the record for most consecutive one-day international innings without a duck. Also known as “The Wall,” holds the record for the most time spent at the crease in a test.

    Saurav Ganguly

    Saurav Ganguly, affectionately known as “Dada,” is a former Indian cricketer. He was born on 8th July 1972 in West Bengal, India. Saurav Ganguly is also a member of the Technical Committee, Indian Premier League. After Sachin Tendulkar and Inzamam-Ul-Haq, Saurav Ganguly was the 3rd batsman in history to cross the 10,000-run landmark. He earned the nickname “God of the Off Side” for his elegant stroke plays through the covers and square of the wicket.

    Anil Kumble

    Anil Kumble is a former Indian leggie who has played constantly for 18 years. He was born on 17th October 1970 in Bangalore, India. He held a record of 619 wickets and remains one of the fourth-highest wicket-takers in test matches of all time. Not only in Test matches, but he is also one of the highest wicket-takers in ODI matches.  

    He was also selected as Cricketer of the Year in 1993 and Wisden Cricketers of the Year in 1996. Kumble also holds the record for taking all 10 wickets in a test match innings. In the year 2005 Kumble was honored with the Padma Shri award which is India’s fourth-highest civilian honor.

    Sunil Gavaskar

    Sunil Gavaskar is also a former Indian cricketer. He was born on 10th July 1949 in Mumbai, India. Known popularly as “Sunny ji” amongst his fellow commentators, he was one of the greatest batsmen of all time. Sunil Gavaskar held the record of 34 Test centuries for almost two decades before it was shattered by Sachin Tendulkar in the year 2005. 

    He was a great opening batsman and was widely appreciated by others for his technique against the fast bowlers. He was honored with the Padma Shri and the Padma Bhushan, as well. Loved by many, Sunil Gavaskar was the first batsman to score 10,000 Test runs.

    Kapil Dev

    Kapil Dev Nikhanj is a former Indian cricketer who led the Indian national team to win the inaugural 1983 world cup. Hailing from Chandigarh, he retired in 1994, holding several records to his name. He is one of the few cricketers to take more than 430 wickets and also has scored more than 5000 Test runs. In real life also, he was a humble being and a very cool-minded human. He was instated into the ICC cricket hall of fame, as well.
